Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Downloadable digital products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@milnamart.shop with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@milnamart.shop.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
